Food Safety in the Catering Industry - Level 2
A short course for those engaged in or seeking to enter the Catering and Hospitality industries.

BII National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
The BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Licence Holders covers the syllabus set by the Government to enable candidates to understand the law and complete the the application process for a personal licence. The course focuses on the roles, responsibilities and functions of licensing authorities within the framework of the licensing objectives.

Foundation Certificate in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
Areas covered in this course include: The need for a hazard analysis system, Legal requirements, Principles and terminology, Preparation of HACCP plans, Implementation and possible problems, Verification and maintenance.
