In 2003 we were one of the first organisations to be awarded Customer First accreditation - the quality assurance framework for business support providers and deliverers of publicly funded business support services.

The Framework was developed by funders, providers and customers of business support.

Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) Management and Business
We were awarded CoVE status for our work with businesses in management, leadership, business, innovation and creativity in 2003.

Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVES) are a government initiative which recognise and build on existing excellence in a particular field and support the leadership in the development of future excellence.

Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) IT
We are also a CoVE for our IT provision which includes all the technical courses we offer.

Investors in People
The College has IiP status.
